2. In brief

This website uses no cookies, no tracking, no analytics tools and does not load fonts or content from third-party servers. Personal data is only processed when you visit the website (technically necessary) or when you contact me via the contact form or by email.

3. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc. (San Francisco, USA). When you visit the website, Netlify automatically processes technical data sent by your browser – in particular your IP address, date and time of access, the page requested, the referrer, and your browser and operating system. This data is required to deliver the website securely and reliably (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR / UK GDPR, legitimate interest). It is not combined with any other data.

A data processing agreement is in place with Netlify. Any transfer to the USA is based on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (and its UK extension) or on standard contractual clauses. More information: netlify.com/privacy.

4. Contact form and email

If you contact me via the contact form or by email, I process the information you provide (name, email address, type of shoot, message) in order to answer your enquiry and, where relevant, to prepare a shoot (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, pre-contractual measures, or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Form submissions are received by the "Netlify Forms" service, stored there and forwarded to me by email. I delete your enquiry once it has been dealt with, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

5. Your rights

You have the right to access the data stored about you, and the right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, as well as the right to object to processing (Art. 15–21 GDPR / UK GDPR). Simply send me an email.

You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, for example the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) in the UK or the authority in your country of residence in the EU.
